On a pointed query put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to what was the material change in circumstances which would warrant entertaining the instant petition since the previous petition was dismissed as withdrawn in August 2024, he has not been able to bring to the notice of this Court any such supervening change in circumstances except that the complainant who was allegedly inflicted injuries by the petitioner and the co-accused have not been examined yet.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
