(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.10, dated 28.03.2025, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 191(3) and 190 of BNS registered at Police Station Sadar Kurali District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

Vide order dated 17.10.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 17.10.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajinder Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant has, however, opposed the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, interim order dated 17.10.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
