***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 as well as respondent No.4 already filed, which is taken on record. As per the same, it is submitted by the counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 as well as respondent No.4 that the amount actually due towards the petitioner, has since been paid. In this regard, counsel for respondent No.4 has also drawn the attention of the court to Annexure R-3, wherein it has been observed that the salary for the earlier period was paid, prior to the passing of the order (Annexure P-1) and the residue amount for the period i.e. 11.09.2015 to 31.08.2018, is to be paid by the Municipal Council, SONU 2026.03.18 09:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

COCP-5189-2025 Rewari. So far as, respondents No.1 to 3 are concerned, counsel submits that the requisite outstanding amount has since been paid. In view of the reply filed and the documents annexed thereto, at this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present contempt petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the order passed with regard to the release of the outstanding amount, if any arrears come to his notice. Ordered accordingly.
