Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to the interim order dated 4.1.2024, permitting the petitioner to travel abroad, she went to the USA and returned on 30.1.2024. In view thereof, the petition has been rendered infructuous since it was filed seeking permission to travel abroad to participate in a seminar. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the facts. Disposed of as such, leaving the question of law open to be adjudicated in appropriate proceedings.
