Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a roving writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of alleged detenue, Kuljit Kaur (daughter-in-law of petitioner), who is stated to be in the illegal custody of respondents No.3 and 4. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition. 3.
