Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the BNSS') for seeking grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No. 44 dated 14.05.2023, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'the IPC'), registered at Police Station City Badali Ala Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned Counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
