(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.174, dated 03.09.2025, under Sections 249, 249(B), 253, 253(B) of BNS and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala District Patiala.

Vide order dated 17.10.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 17.10.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Tara Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
