Learned counsel submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced based on the disclosure statement of co-accused Jaswant Singh, from whom the non-commercial quantity of contraband was recovered, has since been granted regular bail by the trial Court vide order dated 31.07.2025, Annexure P-3, however, on the other hand, learned State counsel has filed status report, which is taken on record, copy whereof has been furnished to learned counsel opposite and as per which, the petitioner is involved in 1 more case under the NDPS Act. 3.
