In the present writ petition, petitioners have challenged the order dated 14.11.2024 (Annexure P5) passed by respondent No.4 whereby, the claim of the petitioners for regularization of their services and for grant of minimum pay scale with dearness allowance, has been rejected. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similar issue pertaining to same department has already been decided by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-19238-2013 along with connected cases vide judgment dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P2). It is also brought to the notice of the Court that LPA-2032-2024 filed against the said judgment of Coordinate Bench dated 26.02.2024, has also been dismissed on 16.05.2025 (Annexure P3). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order under challenge dated 14.11.2024 (Annexure P5) was passed before the decision of Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2032-2024 dated 16.05.2025. CWP-31886-2025   satisfied, if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide the same taking into consideration the judgment dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P2) passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-19238-2013 along with connected cases, which has been upheld by Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2032-2024 vide order dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P3), in a time bound manner. 3.

Mr.Surya Kumar, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide the same in terms of the judgment dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P2) passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-19238-2013 along with connected cases, which has been upheld by Division Bench of this Court in LPA-20322024 vide order dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P3), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
