Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for quashing/setting aside the impugned order/Look Out Circular (Annexure P-5) issued against the petitioner.

The learned State counsel has filed reply, on affidavit of Rohtash Singh, HPS, DSP, Traffic, Kurukshetra, which is taken on record. A perusal of this reply reflects that, the petitioner is required for interrogation in FIR No.29 dated 17.04.2019, registered under Sections 323, 354, 406, 498-A and 506 of the IPC, at P.S. Women, Kurukshetra. 3.

This Court posed a specific query to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as to whether the petitioner has ever applied for grant of anticipatory bail, to which an answer was returned in negative by him. CWP-32835-2024 Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, being a premature motion. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to re-access this Court on the same cause of action, but, after availing the efficacious statutory remedy with regard to the criminal case registered against him.
