Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.73 dated 05.03.2024 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 506 and 427 IPC (Sections 307 and 325 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station City Sohana, Gurugram, Haryana. 2.

By virtue of order dated 04.12.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 04.12.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
