On advance service of copy of petition, Mr. Randhir Singh, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondents-State and opposes issuance of notice of motion. He further submits that the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 21.06.2024 (Annexure P-6) within a period of four weeks from today.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram/competent authority to consider and decide representation dated 21.06.2024 (Annexure P-6) by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
