The limited prayer of the petitioner is to request the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal which was filed on 27.02.2024. 2.
The learned counsel representing the respondents has no objection if the direction is issued.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of by requesting the respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's pending appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
