Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are stated to have been given fist blows to the complainant as well as the injured and in fact, they all are cousin brothers. They have been falsely implicated in the case and had come to mediate the fight, however, have been wrongly shown to have inflicted the danda blow to the Kartik. They had even called the emergency helpline of the Haryana Police when the other persons along with dandas and rods had come, screenshots thereof have been appended as Annexure P-1. Co-accused Anup Nagar @ Anoop Kumar has been granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2025, Annexure P-4 as also co-accused Yogesh Nagar, who is the main accused, has been granted bail by the trial Court itself vide order dated 15.09.2025. The petitioner are not involved in any other case and are ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

In the event of their arrest, they shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482 (2) BNSS.

However, it is clarified that if the petitioners do not join and cooperate with the Investigating Agency as required by the Arresting/Investigating Officer, this interim order shall be deemed to have been vacated.
