This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 12.08.2025 passed in CWP-18550-2025. 2.

Affidavit of Ms. Jyotsna Mishra, District Elementary Education Officer, Karnal has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that order dated 12.08.2025 passed in CWP-18550-2025 has since been complied with. 4.
