(Oral) The prayer made in the petition in hand reads thus :- "It is therefore, respectfully prayed that the present Petition may kindly be allowed and Petitioner may kindly be grant of interim Bail for four weeks (28 days) for the purpose of the treatment of mother of the Petitioner in case FIR No. No.94, Dated 28-052024, Under Section 27-A, 25, 28, 29, 30 of NDPS Act, Section 21-C of the NDPS Act later on added vide rapt no 37 dated 3005-2024. Police Station: City Tarantarn, District Tarn Taran, in the interest of justice. "
Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for grant of interim bail for 04 weeks to the petitioner for the purpose of treatment of her mother. To buttress his arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon a medical certificate (copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure P-2) Per contra, learned State counsel has relied upon a report dated 30.12.2024 received from a Board of Doctors which reads thus :- PARVINDER SINGH 2025.01.08 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

With regard to the above said subject a letter bearing No.483-5E dated 26.12.2024 has been moved by the In-charge CIA, District Tarn Taran and board of doctors has been constituted consisting of (Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Dr. Navpreet Singh and Dr. Navneet Singh) and after examining the medical record of Smt. Lakhwinder Kaur wife of Sh. Kuldeep Singh, resident of Dhanoe Khurd, District Amritsar, it has been stated that no one has advised the opinion for her immediate surgery of her head. Patient is given advise after examining properly. Patient does not need immediate surgery infact she needs Neurological Consultation. As such, the patient is referred to Guru Nanak Dev Hospital, Amritsar. Sd/- Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Medical Officer, Civil Hospital, TT. Sd/- Dr. Navpreet Singh, edical Officer, Civil Hospital, TT. Upon perusal of the paper book as also the relevant record, especially the medical report dated 30.12.2024 brought to the notice of this Court by the learned State counsel, no case is made out to grant the concession of interim bail to the petitioner. Ergo, the petition is hereby dismissed.
