3      ')45 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 10,11, 12 of Aircraft Act (added later on) at Police Station Dorangla, District Gurdaspur before the learned trial Court, Gurdaspur has made prayer for granting him benefit of interim bail for the purpose of attending marriage of his brother which is to take place on 08.12.2024. Prayer made by the petitioner for grant of regular bail had been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2024 passed in CRM-M-31425-2024. The petitioner is ready to abide by terms and conditions to be imposed by this Court.

Learned State counsel who has advance notice of the petition and has verified the authenticity of the submission as made in the application thereby affirming the fact that the marriage of the brother of the petitioner is to take place on 08.12.2024.

Keeping in view the submissions made in the petition, the same is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail for the period from 06.12.2024 to 10.12.2024 subject to his furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court. He will surrender before the concerned Jail on 10.12.2024 by 05:00 P.M. 6
