The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above came before this Court under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking interim regular bail from 08.12.2024 to 12.12.2024 on the ground of marriage of the petitioner himself.

In paragraph 8 of the bail petition, the accused declares that he has no criminal antecedents.

The State's counsel opposes interim bail, however, admits the factum of marriage of the petitioner.

Without commenting on the case's merits, in the facts and circumstances given in the petition as the petitioner is going to start a new life, the petitioner makes a case for interim bail.

Given above, provided the petitioner is not required in any other case, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail from 08.12.2024 to 12.12.2024 subject to furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned Court and due to unavailability Sonia Puri 2024.12.05 19:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
