The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 05.08.2025 passed in CWP-15528-2025, whereby, respondent was directed to decide representation dated 12.02.2025 filed by the petitioner by passing a speaking order.

Learned counsel for respondent-State contends that in compliance of order dated 05.08.2025 passed in CWP-15528-2025, affidavit of Ms. Jaiveer Yadav, Joint Commissioner-III, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram dated 03.12.2025 along with speaking order (Annexure R-1) dated 03.12.2025 has been filed, which is taken on record.

A perusal of speaking order dated 03.12.2025, shows that order dated 05.08.2025 passed in CWP-15528-2025, has been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5.
