Present petition has been filed praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by learned Court of Sessions, Sirsa, vide order dated 07.10.2024, Annexure P-16, passed in BA/2969/2024 in FIR No.561, dated 16.08.2024, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103, 115(2), 118 and 329(3) of the BNS, registered at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the same Court which had granted the bail to respondent No.2.
