Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, Mr. Gopal Sharma, Advocate, counsel for respondent No.1, has produced a copy of order bearing No. HSPC/295/12146, dated 15.12.2025, and states that request of the petitioner for registration as a Pharmacist has been rejected. Xerox copy of the order has been taken on record and another copy has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above development, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.
