(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 19.02.2016 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Assistant Collector 2nd Grade, Jagraon, order dated 21.08.2018 (Annexure P-10) passed by learned Collector (SDM) Jagraon, order dated 04.02.2020 (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Commissioner, Patiala Division, Patiala and order dated 28.01.2025 (Annexure P-14) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedy before the Civil Court in terms of Section 45 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act to claim title to the land under their possession.
