The petitioner who is father of the detenue namely Ashiya has come up before this Court for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for issuing direction to official respondents for her release.

Detenue-Ashiya, daughter of the petitioner present in Court through her counsel. 3.

Counsel for the detenue submits that she is living alone and private respondents i.e. respondent Nos.5 to 8 have nothing to do with her and she does not want to go to her parent's house as she is apprehending forcible marriage. 4.

Given above, the prayer of the petitioner with regard to detention of Ashiya is uncalled for.
