(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.1 (Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Punjab) to hear and decide the revision petitions i.e. ROR No.561 of 2021 and ROR No.562 of 2021, which is now pending for 10.12.2025. 2.

On advance service of copy of petition, has appeared on behalf of the respondent/State. 2.1 Learned State counsel, on instructions from Reader, O/o Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Punjab, submits that the aforesaid revision petitions i.e. ROR No.561 of 2021 and ROR No.562 of 2021 would be considered and decided in all probability on the date already fixed i.e. 10.12.2025 and not in any case beyond a period of two weeks thereafter. 3.
