The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No. 1 to 6 to take legal action against Respondents No. 7 to 17 with respect to corruption and nepotism. He is further seeking direction to the official respondents to register FIR against private respondents for producing fake documents. 2.
The petitioner is President of Zila Parishad, Palwal, Haryana. Respondents No. 7 to 17 are working in the Zila Parishad. He claims that as per his reliable sources, the respondents had obtained appointment by submitting fake degrees and they are closely related to each other. They joined the department through M/s Citadel Security Services, New Delhi.

On 27.10.2025, the following order was passed by this Court: "
By making a reference to communication dated 16.09.2025, Annexure P-18, counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.7 was never enrolled with Monad University and the certificate, Annexure P-5, produced by him is forged.
Issue notice of motion to restricted respondent Nos. 1 to 7 only at this stage.
On asking of this Court, Mr. Deepak Vashisth, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and requests for deferment to file response.
Respondent No.7 be served for 23.04.2026."

Mr. Divyam Singh, Advocate for Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 7. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 5.
Learned State counsel submits that on the complaint of petitioner, the matter was inquired by SDM, Palwal and no infirmity in the documents submitted by private respondents was found. The said report was duly approved by Deputy Commissioner. The petitioner also approached ACP, Anti Corruption Bureau, Haryana who conducted inquiry and no infirmity in the degrees submitted by private respondents was found. 6.
In view of inquiries conducted by competent authorities, this Court does not find it appropriate to further dilate on the issue. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may challenge reports of the authorities before the Court of competent jurisdiction. This Court while exercising writ jurisdiction cannot adjudicate disputed questions of fact.
