Learned counsel would contend that the petitioners were issued the Sports Gradation Certificates, in terms of the previous policy, however, with regard to the prevalent policy, the certificates have not been issued, for which, they will submit representation/s, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.
