(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground to interfere with order dated 05.09.2024 (Annexure P-3). However, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the learned trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within one week from filing of such application.
