  This petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No.111 dated 11.07.2025, registered under Section(s) 48, 111, 109, 61(2), 324(4), 3(5), 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section(s) 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar.

Learned State counsel points out that it has been specifically averred in the present petition that the petitioner is not involved in any other case, however, he is involved in another case bearing FIR No.84 dated 01.06.2025 registered under Section(s) 308(4), 351(3), 48 and 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh petition after giving complete disclosure. Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
