(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.102, dated 27.04.2025, under Sections 32, 33, 51 of Indian Forest Act, 1927, Sections 27, 29, 9, 39, 50 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 and Section 4 of Punjab Land and Preservation Act, 1900 (amended) and Sections 125, 281, 303, 317(2), 324(4) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Chhapar District Yamuna Nagar.

Vide order dated 17.10.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 17.10.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for SONIA BURA 2025.12.04 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, interim order dated 17.10.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
