The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondent to cancel grain depot of Respondent No. 6. They are further seeking direction to decide their representation dated 17.04.2025. 2.

On 27.10.2025, the following order was passed by this Court:

"Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the allegations of embezzlement of food-grains by respondent No.6. He states that despite representations, Annexures P1 & P-3, official respondents have not taken any action. He states that advance copy of the petition has been served upon official respondents.

On asking of Court, Mr. Siddharth Sandhu, AAG, Punjab puts in appearance on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5 and requests for deferment to get instructions. List on 27.11.2025."
