Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for setting aside the award dated 14.11.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent No.1, upon Application No.805 of 2023, titled as "Naresh Dilawari V/s Reserve Bank of India and others".

The petitioner, who is present in person, is unable to satisfy this Court with regard to the maintainability of the application (supra) before the respondent No.1- Permanent Lok Adalat. Therefore, this Court does not find any illegality or perversity in the award dated 14.11.2023. Consequently, the award is upheld, however, the direction embodied in the award regarding imposition of cost is set aside.
