(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned letter dated 27.11.2024, Annexure P-10, issued by the third respondent/Commission, whereby the petitioner's candidature for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Biology in response to advertisement 18/2024 has been rejected for want of essential qualification of B.Ed. degree having been obtained after the closing date for submission of application forms. 2.

The issue stands already decided against the petitioner vide judgment dated 18.11.2024, rendered in Civil Writ Petition No.30857 of 2024 titled Deepakshi v. Haryana Public Service Commission and another. 3.

Learned counsel has, however, relied upon judgment by the Supreme Court in Haryana Staff Selection Commission v. Priyanka and others etc., (2022) 18 SCC 122, to contend that her candidature should be considered by the Commission. CWP-32879-2024 -2view taken by the High Court giving eligibility to candidates who possessed provisional/confidential result in their favour prior to the closing date for submission of application forms, and the same had also been submitted to the recruiting agency within time. It is, however, not disputed by the learned counsel that the petitioner herein was not in possession of the provisional result, nor was the same ever submitted to the Commission. 4.
