The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to accept and process his application for migration from Rajasthan Pharmacy Council to Haryana State Pharmacy Council and to issue new registration certificate. 2.

The petitioner passed his Matriculation in 2004 and Senior Secondary Examination in 2007 from Haryana Board of School Education. He passed D.Pharmacy from SS College of Pharmacy which is affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Science, Jaipur. He got himself registered with Rajasthan Pharmacy Council on 26.06.2023. CWP No.31389-2025(O&M) -2for migration from Rajasthan Pharmacy Council to Haryana Pharmacy Council and paid ₹10,817/- as migration fees and ₹1180/- as verification fees. He approached the respondent on 11.08.2025 for submission of hard copy of necessary documents wherein he was orally intimated that his request can not be processed as he has not completed minimum 3 years from the date of registration with Rajasthan Pharmacy Council. He was asked to approach after 27.06.2026. He sent representation dated 26.08.2025 and legal notice dated 09.09.2025 but to no avail. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that respondent has received 'No Objection Certificate' from Rajasthan Pharmacy Council on 21.04.2026. The Registrar of the Haryana State Pharmacy Council is not immediately available, nevertheless, fresh registration certificate would be issued within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
