Advocate General, Haryana. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner apprehends his arrest in respect of the offence where certain objectionable words and photographs of complainant were uploaded on the mobile of the husband of the complainant as alleged in FIR No. 197 dated 04.04.2024 under Sections 294 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66-D and 67-A of the Information and Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.

The Court below had initially granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner but the same was ultimately cancelled on the ground of failure of the petitioner to cooperate in the investigation. 3.
Learned State counsel informs that the petitioner has not cooperated in the investigation.

In view of the above, no case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
