Dated Police Station Sections 24.07.2021 Maqsuda, District Jalandhar 323, 447 & 511 IPC Seeking directions to the JMIC, Jalandhar to decide the cancellation report dated 18.02.2023 (Annexure P-3) already submitted by the police in FIR captioned above, petitioners have come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

Notice served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 3.
Petitioners' counsel submits that petitioners want to immigrate permanently from India and because of pendency of FIR, they are unable to proceed. 4.
