Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the order dated 15.07.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case Karan Singh Bajwa vs. U.T. Chandigarh and others, vide which the present FIR bearing No.173 dated 26.11.2024 lodged against the petitioner by her mother-in-law i.e. respondent No.3, was quashed along with the other criminal proceedings including complaints, FIR etc. 2.

In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, on account of it having been rendered infructuous.
