Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail legal remedy including filing of anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS. 3.

Given above, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of present petition shall not come in the way of petitioners, if he chooses to file fresh petition including petition under Section 482 BNSS, 2023.
