This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in CWP-19948-2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that a letters patent appeal being LPA-3381-2025 has been filed wherein the operation of the impugned judgment has been stayed vide order dated 20.11.2025. 3.

In view thereof, no ground is made to entertain the present contempt petition at this stage and accordingly the same is disposed off as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
