In deference to the directions issued by this Court on 04.02.2025, Inspector Gurinderjit Singh, S.H.O., P.S. Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, has caused personal appearance before this Court. He has rendered an assurance that, no police barricading will be laid during day hours and barricading, if any necessity arises, will be laid only between 10:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m.

In view of the assurance (supra), no further direction is required to be passed. Therefore, the instant writ petition is closed. 3.
