Through the present petition, petitioner is praying for taking action for noncompliance of orders passed by this Court on 04.10.2024 passed in CRM-M-49935-2024 by this Court, wherein specific direction had been given to serve the notice as envisaged under old provision of Section 41-A CrPC and Section 35 of BNSS 2023. 2.

Counsel for the State submits that both the petitioners were arrested and now enlarged on bail by this Court, as such nothing survives in the present petition. 3.

Given the contention made by counsel for the State, no further order are required to pass in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
