***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed for directing the official respondents No.2 & 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in complaint bearing UID No.456745/DSP Public Grievance Division, Punjab Police and representation dated 19.10.2024 (Annexure P-1). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to look into the matter and decide the said representation in a time bound manner. 3.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Gurpartap Singh Bhullar, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent(s)-State and submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
