The Station House Officer, Sector-5 Police Station, Panchkula, and the In-charge, Police Post Sector-2, Panchkula, are directed to maintain patrols and surveillance at the residence of the complainant, Mr. Pardeep Chaudhary, Ex-MLA, Kalka, resident of H. No. 154, Sector-02, Panchkula. They must issue instructions to the police personnel deployed on PCR/Riders/Dial-112 to ensure proper monitoring and patrolling in the area. Additionally, they are to check these arrangements regularly.

The In-charge of PCR/Riders/Dial-112 and the personnel deployed on these duties are instructed to keep strict surveillance around the residence of Mr. Pardeep Chaudhary. If any suspicious information or situation arises, it should immediately be brought to the notice of their superiors. 3.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Law & Order, Panchkula, is directed to periodically communicate with the complainant, Mr. Pardeep Chaudhary, regarding his security concerns. Further, the ACP must inspect and provide appropriate instructions to the Station House Officer, PCR/Riders/Dial-112 personnel, and others deployed on duty concerning their responsibilities.
