It is submitted by the learned State counsel that the representation dated 06.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner has already been decided and there are several FIRs against the petitioner and in order to apprehend his arrest in those FIRs, he has filed the present petition. He also submits that since the present petitioner has already been arrested, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution also.
