Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.75 dated 24.06.2021, under Sections 307, 353, 186, 332, 333, 427, 224, 225, 506, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860 and Section 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran (Punjab). 2.

Vide order dated 28.10.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 28.10.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 28.10.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S. 6.

Petition stands allowed.
