HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.829 dated 18.11.2024 registered under Section 18-C of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Barwala, Hisar, District Hisar. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and undertakes to surrender before the learned trial Court and prays for a direction that in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within a period of 02 weeks, his bail application be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In case the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within a period of 02 weeks from today and files appropriate application seeking regular bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously within a period of one week.
