Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondent No.2 to issue appointment letter to the petitioner against the vacant post of Jr. Coach Kho-Kho (EBPGC) category, which has been converted into general category in view of Instructions dated 05.06.2019, Annexure P-7, as the petitioner is at waiting list No.2. In this regard, a legal notice dated 07.10.2024 (Annexure P-20) has been served upon the respondents, which has yet not evoked any response. Learned counsel, thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 07.10.2024, Annexure P-20, within a period of HAMANT 2024.12.10 09:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
