**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner seek the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.231 dated 12.09.2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) BNS registered at Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim orders dated 29.10.2025 and 30.03.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and submitted all the documents. The learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tilak Raj submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the orders dated 29.10.2025 and 30.03.2026, submitted all the documents and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 29.10.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS.

The petition stands disposed of.
