(Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to remove Jhuggis and all encroachments from 45 feet wide road (connecting Mathura-Delhi Road & Faridabad New Town Railway Station) at the south of Industrial Plot No.1 & 2, NIT, Faridabad and at the north of Industrial Plot No.4, NIT, Faridabad. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.
