***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, the counsel for the respondent submits that as per the instructions received from the respondent, he has no objection if the present transfer application is accepted.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid statement as well as considering the fact of one complaint under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, arising from the matrimonial dispute, already pending in the courts at Nakodar, the transfer application, as such, is hereby allowed and the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/572/2024 titled "Sandeep Kumar v/s Bimla", filed by the respondent/husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Faridkot, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Nakodar, District Jalandhar. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Faridkot, to the District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar. TA-1585-2024 Learned District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court (Camp Court), Nakodar.
