NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.184 dated 24.09.2024, registered under Sections 115(2), 74, 298, 351(2) of BNS Act, 2023, at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar (Rural).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 16.12.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Joginder Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.
